for Valentine's Day, 2010
Today is a holiday invented
by greeting card companies
to make people
feel like crap.
I ditched work today
for good.
Took the car to Abu Dhabi.
I didn't bother to tell anybody.
Just packed. Said good bye to mom,
and left.
I don't know why.
Aaah!
I'm not an impulsive person.
I guess I just woke up
in a funk this morning. This year.
I gotta buy a new pair of shoes.
It's goddamn freezing on this beach.
Beach walk in February.

So many drafts. So many.
Don't remember writing that much.
It appears this is
my hundred something entry.
Friends are overrated.
They're just people who know what cup size you are.
If only I could
meet someone new.
I guess my chances of that happening
are somewhat diminished,
Seeing that I'm a cautious,
Self-obsessed person,
Who is bored with people.
Maybe I should
get back together with him.
He was nice.
Nice? ________eek!
Well. He loved me.
Why do I fall in love
with every man I see...
who shows me
the least bit of attention?
